“ First time at La Recova on Prol Montejo. Delighted with our food - I had the grilled salmon salad. Presented beautifully with just the right amount of dressing and a delicious flavor. Angel had a steak - cooked medium and very tender with flavorful marbling. We ordered a side of creamed - a must have in any steak restaurant. Probably one of the best I’ve ever had. The service was exceptional - attentive without being overbearing. A TEN STAR evening. Oh…how could I forget to mention the dessert?? Chocolate brownie was more like a lava cake - the plating was delightful. Highly recommend for a night out to celebrate life! ”
